Fall swim season starts September 6th at 5:30 p.m.

If you would like a "com burst" subscription sent to your email or cell phone (and have not received one already) send a message to valleyvast@gmail.com Bursts can be sent to parents and swimmers at the same time via text, work email, or personal email for announcements and changes in plans.

If you would like to be added to a calendar and receive reminders about practice, meets, and other events, send a message to valleyvast@gmail.com to add any VAST parent or swimmer. The VAST calendar is to help automatically remember different practice days and times instead of having to re-gather information. The information will arrive as a burst would - any text or email device.
