  • Morning Practice Individual Practice - 8:30-9:30 & Relay Practice 9:30-10:30 (M/T/W/Th)
  • Afternoon practice - Individual Practice - 5:30-6:30 & Relay Practice 6:30-7:30 (M/T/Th)

  • Wednesdays & Fridays are open to all swimmers from 5-6pm

    Summer meet schedule is as follows (all times are posted as Eastern):

    Friday 7/30 - State Meet at Valley - 11:00am

    Saturday 7/31 - State Meet at Valley - 11:00am
