Winter Swim Practice Schedule:

  • Monday, Tuesday and Thurdsay Practice from 5pm-5:45pm Beginners
  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday Practice from 5:45pm-6:45pm 12 & Under
  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday Practice from 6:45pm-8pm 13 & Up
  • Friday Practice optional open to all swimmers from 5pm-6pm

  • Swim Meet:   VAST will be hosting Troy and Opelika on March 13th at the sportsplex. Warm up is at 930am EST with the meet starting at 11am EST.  Sign up sheet is on the swim table. There is a sign up sheet on the table for parents to sign up to work on Saturday.  We need 2 timers per lane, concession, runners, and several other job.  Please sign up.
