Thursday, July 29th at 6:00 pm Valley Times News will be at the sportplex to take pictures of all state qualifiers.  Please wear your team t-shirt.  Remember, there will be no practice.

No practice on 7/29 State Diving @ Auburn

• STATE - Urgent message for ALL VAST parents; Thursday afternoon starting at 2:00 pm we will start the process of setting up the pool for the meet.  We will need all parents to come and help.  The Gym will also close early that day.  Once it closes we will need to get it ready for people to come in.  We will be working several different areas all at the same time and we well need as many parents as possible to come and help.  If you are able to come at 2:00 pm please do so if you do not get off work until later please come when you are done with work.  This is a team effort and we need all members of the parent team to be there to make the State meet a success!
• Ribbon Holders - Don't forget there are ribbon holders for sale to keep your child's ribbons in order.  If you would like to purchase some please see Sara Shrewsbury.  You can purchase them for $1.00 each and each regular holder holds 5 ribbons.
• VAST State Planning and Regular Business Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 27th at 7pm, all VAST parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
• VAST will be hosting the ARPA State Championship Swim Meet during July 2010!!!!  Very exciting for us and our community.
